WHAT IS B3 LABEL

Please note - B3 combination sets are temporarily out of stock

B3 is a bar coded label. It is affixed to a B3 form which is submitted to Revenue Canada after the goods have been cleared as part of the invoicing process. One label is needed for each part of the form and forms vary from 3 to 12 parts.

B3 labels formats:

Combination sets (Bar codes + human read):
2+4
3+6
5+10
6+12

Straight sets (each label contains bar code and human read):
Sets of 4
Sets of 5
Sets of 6

THERE ARE 3 KEY ELEMENTS TO B3 LABEL:

1.) Security Code - 5 digit numeric code that is obtained by applying to Revenue Canada.
2.) Sequential start number - each B3 label set is sequentially numbered. The number must always be 8 digits plus a check digit.
3.) Company name - this is an optional field and there is a 17 character limit including spaces and punctuation.
